- PPPrivate PersonDec 22, 20251.0I write this review as someone that was once an employee of London Drugs for a couple of years and has spent a lifetime interacting with customers and clients as a service provider. The customer service desk lady that “assisted” me this evening (Dec 22nd 2025) was TERRIBLE. Extremely poor human interaction skills let alone customer service skills. I’m shocked at how bad the interaction was and now in a foul mood over the level of frustration I experienced purely as a result of their poor service. I’m not gonna get into the full nitty-gritty details of everything that transpired, but I will say that at one point I had to phone back a second time to let the person know that they had just hung up on me while I was still talking. (Hung up on not because I was being unpleasant or anything but rather they just decided the call was done during a short pause in my speech, and just went with it.) I’ve decided to just take the loss on my defective product purchase rather than deal with the in-store return that I was inquiring about because I don’t even want to see this person‘s face. Just wow.
