London drugs is usually my favourite store to go to – I literally would go every week to the Kelowna one and spend hundreds of dollars.
However, this one has really poor selection of vegan items.
The service is also poor - I tried buying something that was on sale and when it didn’t pop up on sale, I called over an employee to ask about it, and the response was “oh no it’s not”. I told them that I was pretty positive and instead of going to check the price they just reiterated it wasn’t. So I ended up just not buying it.

Im a regular at this London Drugs location in Olympic village due to convenience and it is by far the worst. It is a detour but I will now go to Shoppers Drug Mart on my way home work. My most recent issue are the security guards. They have recently made it an uncomfortable shopping experience as they follow you around the store. I understand that theft is a issue but they are intimidating and blatantly following you. There's also a poor selection of snack items and stock in general, including the pharmacy. I leave empty handed most days as I can never find items I need with the shelves routinely bare! If the company wants money. Stock the shelves. Cause i won't be the only one walking out.The pharmacists are great though and have always been fast with my prescriptions!

This Olympic Village location has consistently TERRIBLE inventory!! Don’t expect to find chips, Oreos, makeup, or even basic cleaning products. Somehow nothing is ever in stock!?! HOWEVER there’s no shortage of security guards stalking you in every aisle. If only inventory was monitored as closely as customers… Don’t waste your time here and head to the LD on Broadway.

Went to return a package through the Canada post in this London drugs. The lady running it yesterday on Dec 28th 2025. Extremely rude when I asked to borrow tape. It’s crazy how comfortable she was talking like that to a customer. If management responds to this no one wants to hear “thanks for the feedback”. They want to know you will address this. Personally I’ll never come back to this location from such poor customer relations.

Why is it that you guys stopped using the update section in Google in 2022? Seriously in this day and age why did I have to walk all the way here, Get Soaking wet, and also calling in didn't tell me your hours for the holidays. Why are you not capable of doing an update to tell people you're going to be closed? Billions of dollars and you can't hire one teenager to do an update! It is so disrespectful to people that actually need something.
