  The optical department of London Drugs on Broadway near Cambie is great. The friendly service from the minute you walk in. The staff are very helpful, starting your vision experience while you wait to see one of the optometrists. The optometrist that I had was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The equipment they use is state of the art. The vision tests took about 30 minutes and as we went along with it, everything was explained in terms that I could understand. After the test I looked at frames as I wanted to purchase everything while at the store. The frames are not inexpensive, they have name brands, but they do have a London Drugs brand and the cost of those fit right into my budget. I am was very impressed with all that I came in contact with. It was a breath of fresh air to spend time with employees that seemed to enjoy what they do for a living. I can highly recommend the optical department at this London Drugs hands down.

  Mustafa S. went above and beyond. He is beyond kind. Most amazing customer service I've ever encountered. I will always return to this location because of him. He helped me find a new phone and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I'm so grateful.

  I had an amazing experience at this london drug store I must highly recommend to come here and buy some expensive perfume on cheaper prices. The girl name Himaja In cosmetics is the best employee they have. She really suggest everything very properly and in brief.

  There a Great experience,very helpful. Especially the Drug Store they are very experienced and will help you and explain everything till you understand what your medication 💊 is and what it does and the side effects.

  There is a rude lady at the Canada Post at this time. I came in thinking I can drop off some stuff before my work. I only had 10 minutes to spare. When I got there, there was someone waiting, but noone was serving her. We didn't know where she was. I looked over to the security guard, and she pointed out where she was which is the other side of the wall where the postal boxes are. I believe. I looked over. Remember, I came in after a person was already waiting. She saw me and said, "I'm coming. She already told you I'm coming." She seemed annoyed. Then, she helped the first person. When it was my turn, I was trying to talk to her before she finished. I didn't know this at the time. She told something like, "Could you hold on before I finish?" I believe I told her, "I'm sorry about that. I'm just in a rush. I'm working at 12:00." She said, "That's not my problem." I walked out. First of all, I was the second person there. The first one could have asked for her, and I did as well. Why put all her frustrations towards me? She needs a new job.
