I am a very long time customer - several decades. I go to this store (Davie) at least 3 times a week. The small size LD store is a good go to for many items. The electronics staff have been great over the years - really helpful. Mike (before he left) was the best. The checkout staff are nice - there seems to be a high turnover in staff over the years though. Several staff go out of thier way to be friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is the worst - and I mean the worst of anywhere I have gone in 35 years in Vancouver. Since they opened this location the customer service has steadily declined by the pharmacy assistants. Workload issues? Training? I am not sure. I have seen awful service, borderline abusive, towards numerous customers over the last year - including today where I overheard a conversation. You are more likely to get better service from a wounded badger. Today is my last day going to the pharmacy - I have had it. I will go to the store but never the pharmacy again.

Excellent location and staff. Jay and his team went above and beyond the call to honour a warranty on a product they had stocked. Very helpful customer service appreciated by a long time customer.

I had a very upsetting experience at this store today. The store manager on duty, JAY spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and dismissive. As an Indian customer, I felt I was being treated differently, and the whole interaction made me uncomfortable and unwelcome.
No customer should feel targeted or judged. I hope the company reviews this situation and ensures everyone is treated with respect and fairness

I’m really not a tech person at all, and honestly I was so nervous about buying a new computer. I was worried I’d lose all my stuff. But Mashid was awesome.
she transferred everything for me, spent so much time making sure it all worked, and even showed me how to use things. She was super patient and kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
