  Three years ago, I dealt with this company, and the women whom i dealt with was amazing, helpful, and did everything to get me the best deal. I was able to go through my blue cross coverage. Fast forward three years later, the staff at that location are rude and very unfriendly, will only communicate through email, don't do direct billing, and you feel like you are bothering them, along with empty promises. I would never recommend Connect Hearing to any of my friends or colleagues. Maybe other locations are better, but this one is terrible and lacks people skills. I went with another company, which was wonderful and very helpful, and they knew their prices. I spent 5,000$ so I could hear. Too bad for Connect Hearing, but if they had been professional, they would have got my business.

  The while experience was delightful. It was a great experience being in the sound booth. I was treated like an actual person and not a number. Any hearing problem... I highly recommend them!

  I’ve been with Connect Hearing for years. Very happy with the service and care. Scott looks for the best solution to help me hear as much as possible. My husband has also become a client.

  Nothing but good things to say about this establishment. I lost my hearing in my left ear after a sudden hearing loss accident. Asieh helped bring back a portion of it. I am forever grateful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a hearing issue.

  I lost one of my 12 year old hearing aids and finally gave in and made an appointment for a hearing test , I left an hour later with the newest hearing aids they have and am so impressed I now have wireless to my tv no more issues with It too loud and the Bluetooth for the phone and music is wonderful Im really sorry I waited so long as my old aids weren’t doing it and I never noticed, Asieh and Staff were excellent to deal with it’s only been 7 hours and I’m so happy I did it finally.
