I can say without qualification Verna is the very best. She is caring, patient and thanks to her comprehensive knowledge of the software that Connect uses to fine tune the hearing aids she has improved my hearing to a point that is better by far than earlier fine tuning efforts. Phonak rechargeable units I believe are excellent units too.
