Yesterday, I visited this pharmacy to get a prescription filled. An intern came to check the details and told me when to return for pickup. The intern then consulted with her supervisor, an Asian lady whose name I don’t recall, likely working the day shift. With complete confidence, she claimed the doctor had written the wrong dosage and wanted to send the prescription back, making me hesitant. I told her to send it to the hospital but had a gut feeling she might be mistaken. Trusting my instincts, I took the prescription to Coastal Care Pharmacy, where they prepared it in just 30 minutes. It’s frustrating to see people in such critical roles lacking proper knowledge and making misguided decisions, especially considering the high standards and regulations in this field. I also felt bad for the interns working under such supervision.

The produce section is disgusting. I asked if they had any melons in back that weren't rotting. Nope. How can they charge money for this? Or the cauliflower with all the black mold on it? For the price you charge, do better!

Took 2 employees and a supervisor nearly 20 minutes to figure out how to scan 6 bottles of pop.
