London Drugs is suppose to price match to other Canadian stores but apparently the worker in the cosmetic dept decides Terrible customer service.They like to argue about store polices at this location when a different location tells a different rule/ policy. Terrible customer service cosmetic workers need better training .Thank you for replying it’s being dealt with and I am waiting for the item to be delivered to Langley location soon . I will update once received thank you .
- BYBrad YatesDec 8, 20251.0came to this store yesterday, and they had coupons displayed advertising "spend $25 on Ferrero product, and receive a free 80g Ferrero chocolate bar". I did make this purchase but was unable to locate the chocolate bar. I asked several staff members for help finding the free item that they advertised, and they all just said "look in isle 7". I searched 7 high and low without any luck. At the checkout the lady had someone go look for the item and they couldn't find it. I left the store with the coupon, after purchasing OVER $25 of the qualifying item, but without the advertised free item. I consider this false advertising, and should have been offered a similar item in exchange, but the cashier said it wasn't possible. I will no be shopping here again have reported this to the better business bureau and Competition Bureau of Canada. Follow up, while it looks like the store manager wanted to solve this for me, he sent a generic number and when I call it there is no way to reach him and it's just an automated system. Thanks for nothing.
