Imagine ordering your medicine because you ran out. Confirming with the Pharmacists.
Then you get there around closing when they told you to get there. Then you find oh its the wrong medicine.

I’m not the type of person who usually leaves a review, even when I’m not fully satisfied with a service. However, my experience at London Drugs today was a bit disappointing. My husband, our 4-year-old son, and I went to the pharmacy around 1 p.m. hoping to get the influenza vaccine.
I first approached booth 1 to inquire about getting the vaccine, and the staff member kindly directed me to booth 3. I waited on the side chair since there was another customer being assisted at that time. After she left, we politely waited, assuming it was our turn since no one else was in line.
Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for about 30–40 minutes, but the pharmacist at booth 3 never called us. I hesitated to follow up because he appeared occupied with paperwork and chatting with a colleague. A few minutes later, another customer arrived and was assisted right away, even though we had been waiting for some time.
I approached booth 2 to let them know we had been waiting for quite a while, but I was told to continue waiting for the pharmacist at booth 3, who was still assisting the new customer. At that point, I felt quite frustrated, as we had already waited a long time and my son was starting to get restless. We decided to leave and find another pharmacy to get the vaccine. Luckily, we had a great experience at the other pharmacy.

I would like to say what a great experience it was dealing with the staff at London Drugs Photolab at Guilford Town Centre. Both Trish and Narges were super helpful and patient with my requests. I felt a sense of relief that I was able to the get appropriate pictures and frames done for an upcoming funeral. Thanks for your help today!!

0 out of 5 stars – Completely unacceptable service.
I’m incredibly disappointed with the photo lab department. I came in with my two sons to have passport photos taken—something we specifically made time for, just an hour before closing on October 11. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to pick the photos up that evening, but I called the very next day to inform them I’d be coming after work.
To my shock, I was told the photos had already been shredded. Not even 24 hours had passed.
There was no warning, no courtesy hold, and absolutely no understanding or flexibility. These weren’t casual prints—they were passport photos, which require time, planning, and effort, especially with kids involved. The fact that they were destroyed so quickly, without any notice, shows a complete disregard for customers' time and needs.
It’s unacceptable that a service like this doesn’t even hold photos for a single day. A minimum 24-hour window should be standard, especially for something as important as passport photos.
This experience was frustrating and discouraging. I won’t be using this service again, and I’ll be advising friends and family to avoid it as well. The policy—and the attitude—needs serious improvement.

Called 3:50pm Oct 8 to inquire about getting iPhone fixed. The person was rude and not accommodating at all. Basically said we don't have stock or time. Get it repaired somewhere else. I asked if they can check next available appointment and stock, was just ignored and told to try somewhere else. Asked the employees name and they didn't give out their name.
Called again to complain and no action was taken. Next person I talked to was very understanding and nice to talk to but basically sided with the employee and upon requesting that the calls are recorded and to listen to it. I was refused saying they don't have access.
Very disappointed. Called apple store at same location next and they answer all my questions, cleared any confusion I had and repaired the phone very next day.
