Had appointment booked for an AirPod replacement and it was a poor experience. They continued to take other customers in front of me who didn’t have appointments booked. When up at the till found the employee to be incredibly condescending about the replacement process. Thanks but I’ll just go to the Apple Store over LD, they understand what customer experience is all about.
Secondly, last spring when I needed new passport photos I got them done there and when at the guildford passport office they were deemed unusable so had to go buy new ones at the mall. Frustrating store and will not support any longer.

I’ve been filling the same asthma inhaler prescription at this pharmacy for over 20 years.
When my doctor sent in a refill, the pharmacy claimed they never received it. Since it was the weekend, I couldn’t get in touch with my doctor—and I was completely out of inhalers and struggling to breathe.
I asked the pharmacist for an emergency inhaler, something I’ve had prescribed here for decades. She refused, said there was “no evidence” I needed it urgently, and told me to visit a walk-in clinic the next day.
I explained I couldn’t wait and would now have to go to the ER just to access basic, life-sustaining medication. She offered no alternatives and said nothing was available over the counter.
This level of incompetence is dangerous. I’m now burdening the ER for a prescription this pharmacist could have easily issued in good faith.

I have been dealing with this location for over 2 decades and never had a problem until recently. Purchased a couple of all-zone transit day passes because my wife and I were going to Vancouver early the next morning. Mentioned to the gentleman behind the counter that we were seniors and he gave us 2 orange passes. I told him the passes were always blue and white for seniors. He replied these were the correct passes. I said well they have always sold us the wrong ones then in the past. Anyway the next morning these passes were no good. Insufficient funds. He sold us reload cards. Almost missed our legal appointment. I went back at the end of the day and asked for the manager. She told me to get a refund with Coast Mtn. I said I purchased these here and we didn’t use them. Not happy, I think I could have easily been refunded. I was sold something I didn’t ask for.
