Truly a disappointing visit. Dropped in before grabbing a coffee next door to check out some boxing week sales and found something for the kids that was not priced. Asked the department manager Shawna who gave me the wrong price based on the tag. I told him/her that the tag was for another item. I was told to go to a cashier for a price check. Farhad scanned it… no good morning or anything. Went back to put the the item. The tall guy with a broom mop was in the area. Stopped at where I was looking and didn’t acknowledge me. Called the customer service line and some elderly lady was genuinely not interested in taking me feedback and suggested I write a letter. Tracy needs to get her sto in check!

I visited this store on Boxing day. They had plenty of nice unique deals, and the atmosphere including the pharmacy was just so welcoming and pleasant, a very nice change from before years ago when a certain pharmacy assistant Rav or something like that was working here. She was just so rude with a really cold, unhelpful tone both over the phone and in person, like she was in a foul mood. The people working here currently are simply much nicer and seem to have at least basic customer service skills and polite decorum, unlike before in the past with that certain individual. Happy holidays!

The supervisor Shawna went far and beyond to help me when other employees didn’t want to. I really appreciate her help. It is great customer service like that keeps people coming back. She just made me a loyal customer.

My first very BAD & DISAPPOINTING experience I would like to publicly share today. My wife called the Pharmacy today at around 7.00 PM. A guy picked up the phone from Pharmacy. My wife asked the guy, do you have TETANUS VACCINE? The guy answered, what is that Vaccine? My wife explained that (2) Hours ago, a wild cat scratched her leg and the leg is a little bleeding. She need to get this Vaccine injected within (24) hours. The guy replied, do you have a Doctors prescription? My wife replied, there are no Doctors available at this hour and it is heavily raining outside and she believe, pharmacies need not any Doctors Prescription to inject this Vaccine. . He simply replied, he can not help. Then my wife called Shoppers Drug Mart. They had Tetanus Vaccine and they said they will inject also. They were very courteous and very helpful. My question to the Owner of this Pharmacy is that how come he employ such staff at his Pharmacy who is so irresponsible and inexperienced that he even does not know what is Tetanus Vaccine? Also, what if there was a real and serious emergency case and some one needed urgent help? How come a Pharmacy like London Drugs allow such a guy to pick up a phone to answer? If he does not know any thing, he should have called some other pharmacy staff for help? I hope, the Owner of the Pharmacy take serious note of this incident. I will ensure that I never enter this London Drugs Pharmacy ever!
