- NQNash QureshiNov 15, 20251.0My first very BAD & DISAPPOINTING experience I would like to publicly share today. My wife called the Pharmacy today at around 7.00 PM. A guy picked up the phone from Pharmacy. My wife asked the guy, do you have TETANUS VACCINE? The guy answered, what is that Vaccine? My wife explained that (2) Hours ago, a wild cat scratched her leg and the leg is a little bleeding. She need to get this Vaccine injected within (24) hours. The guy replied, do you have a Doctors prescription? My wife replied, there are no Doctors available at this hour and it is heavily raining outside and she believe, pharmacies need not any Doctors Prescription to inject this Vaccine. . He simply replied, he can not help. Then my wife called Shoppers Drug Mart. They had Tetanus Vaccine and they said they will inject also. They were very courteous and very helpful. My question to the Owner of this Pharmacy is that how come he employ such staff at his Pharmacy who is so irresponsible and inexperienced that he even does not know what is Tetanus Vaccine? Also, what if there was a real and serious emergency case and some one needed urgent help? How come a Pharmacy like London Drugs allow such a guy to pick up a phone to answer? If he does not know any thing, he should have called some other pharmacy staff for help? I hope, the Owner of the Pharmacy take serious note of this incident. I will ensure that I never enter this London Drugs Pharmacy ever!
