Ever since learned so much and got my goal of gaining only lean muscle mass. Overall been great past 3 months I have to now move but gym was good sometimes messy but has every machine and equipment you will ever need. Sauna was great too and recovery. Staff all nice sad to go. Thanks for the amazing time and I recommend Gavin as a trainer there.

Now, I wasn't exactly the fittest, but I wouldn't say I was overweight either. But I did have things I wanted to work on with no idea of where to start, and I needed the push. Luckily, Gavin was there and has been wonderful throughout our sessions together. Although we had our constant back and forth, he was still able to keep it professional and produce visible results, which, for me, made the gym fun again. He didn't take it as a job he had to complete, but as a friend helping a friend surpass his limits. He had a nice, friendly, and welcoming demeanour that made me always look forward to our sessions. And as the sessions get more challenging week after week, I have constantly seen positive results, starting at 16.9% to 14.3% and now at 13.3% body fat. I look forward to seeing how much more progress I will make.

If rudeness and arrogance were job requirements, he’d be Employee of the Year. I’ve spoken to him a few times, and each interaction somehow made me feel like I should apologize for existing. When he’s not radiating attitude, he’s busy chatting with his gym buddies not working out, just occupying machines like it’s a social club while other members wait. Truly impressive how someone can turn bad manners into a full-time performance.
