- MZMerlyn zhang3 days ago1.0AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS unless you want to lose your money. 1 Mandatory extra cost for downgrading your membership 2 No Official notice or any update for raising the membership price. 3 The management team is unwilling to resolve the issue and keeps asking for payment to cancel my membership. Choose this location due to its convenience. I was a 5-Year Member, and I thought I could trust the staff member. It turns out to be very disappointing. However, when I tried to switch my membership from “FIT” to “MOVE”, I was told I needed to pay extra to “Downgrade” the membership right after I had just paid my annual fee to them. What kind of nonsense is this? There are no official terms or agreements that were ever sent to me in the past 5 years, nor has any member of the management team reached out to me to inform me that this would happen. Imagine a business that will cost you extra to downgrade? This is so ridiculous, and not to mention, they never informed me about raising the membership price. I try my best to support their business, turns out they don’t care at all. As far as I can see, this is like robbing you and then asking you to take the consequences yourselves. I have already informed my friends who also have long-term memberships at this location about my situation; it’s time for a new place.
- ANArsema Negash5 days ago1.0I don’t recommend this gym. I signed up for a 5-day package and canceled within the 10-day period because I was going away and the timing wasn’t working for me. Despite canceling on time, I have been waiting over 4 months for my refund. I’ve been extremely patient and have called multiple times, but I keep getting the same response: “the manager is away” or “you’ll get a call back in 20 minutes.” Those 20 minutes turn into weeks, and no one ever follows up. I’m done with the runaround and still haven’t received my money. This has been a very disappointing experience and reflects poor customer service.

The area is always clean and well-organized, which gives me peace of mind while I work out. It’s truly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Carol and Aliya are so good with l my children and they don’t warm up to just anyone.
- JBJ BOXDec 30, 20253.0Just joined here today.. there are a lot of positives but I come from a powerlifting background so I have my reasons to be annoyed as well. 1. Barbell are not grippy and none of the bars have a central knurling. 2. THERE ARE NO SAFETY COLLARS. why not!?? I was squatting 150 kgs today and was scared to go heavier. Someone would get injured one day. What kind of a gym doesn't have collars or clips you put at the end of a barbell so that it doesn't slip!??...!!! This really shocked me. I heard some people had to buy for their personal use. 3. And of course all the benches are slippery but using a mat made it better. 4. I am not sure if the Barbells can hold more than 600 lbs. If I max out on those and I can't load the Barbells appropriately, I am cancelling my membership not because it's a bad gym but it's not a gym for me. For strictly bodybuilding and fitness purposes and for all beginners, I think it's a wonderful gym.. but please buy some safety collars for all the Barbells if you don't have them. I searched but couldn't find one...
