  Your “Hearing care professional”, Heather Clinck, is probably the best representative of your company that I have had the pleasure of meeting. (Not that I have any negative encounters over the years with your employees.) She was extremely kind and patient with me while setting up my new rechargeable hearing aids. Any issues that cropped up, were handled, and explained. If she couldn’t answer the question immediately, she took the time to find the answer and explain. (Mostly issues with working with connections to my iPhone and wifi) She stated that she loved her job, and it is obvious that she does. She is a great credit to your company Ian McColl

  I purchased my hearing aids at Connect Hearing on Fraser Highway, in Surrey, in July 2023 and have not looked back! My hearing aids have been life-changing for me and for those around me! I so appreciate the convenience of adjusting hearing levels, in different scenerios, on the app on my phone and I was pleasantly surprised when I quickly learn how easy and comfortable the hearing aids are to wear. I did recently find that the shanks of my glasses and the part of each hearing that rests toward the back of my ears seemed to be in conflict with each other. I popped in the Fleetwood Clinic and asked if there was some way something could be adjusted to make a more comfortable fit between my glasses and hearing aids - - in mere minutes, new, and longer 'wires' were installed in my hearing aids to provide a much more comfortable fit. Without exception the customer service I have received, at the Fleetwood Clinic, from the time of testing and purchase until today has been incredible. I find all of the staff to be friendly, caring and very knowledgeable.

  Worst customer service ever! My 78-year old mother spent $6819 on hearing aids. I attended her appointment with her and explained her needs - that she is not good with tech, and not to explain the app that goes with the hearing aids, that she needs to have them streaming through her ears while on the phone, and that she needs a lot of help with the tech side. When my mother picked up the hearing aids, the worker explained the app to her, which was useless and upsetting. She sent her out the door without even connecting the hearing aids to her phone. My mother called me and didn’t understand why she couldn’t hear me on the phone. Now she is getting a refund, and of course they say it will “take weeks” to have a cheque mailed to her. We will be going elsewhere. Do not go here!

  I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Harry Tabrizi and his front desk staff Aleksandra for their incredible ways of accommodating my 92 year old father during his last fitting of hearing aids. They went above and beyond in making sure his needs were met and for that we give a 5 star rating!! I would highly recommend this team. Joyce Vandermey :)
