(Not that I have any negative encounters over the years with your employees.) She was extremely kind and patient with me while setting up my new rechargeable hearing aids. Any issues that cropped up, were handled, and explained. If she couldn’t answer the question immediately, she took the time to find the answer and explain. (Mostly issues with working with connections to my iPhone and wifi) She stated that she loved her job, and it is obvious that she does. She is a great credit to your company Ian McColl
