Andrea at the front desk was welcoming and compassionate. Amazingly, she found me an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. Annie was also compassionate and performed the test professionally and efficiently, keeping me informed throughout the process and explaining the results. I recommend them both and Connect Hearing very highly..

We called the Connect Hearing office in Sidney (2453 Beacon Ave, Ste 301) and Andrea said that she’d be happy to help. We went next day and Andrea got the hearing aid 100% working for *no charge* since the problem needed no new parts to fix. This is really superior response and customer service - for someone who isn’t even a customer! Imagine the level of service you will get it if you are a local customer of this Connect Office.
