For 5 years we were happy getting our drugs every 3 months from Save-On Pharmacy, then staff changed and we have been ignored at the till, lied to and disrespected more times than we should have ever accepted.
On one occasion, our drugs were not ready when we went to pick them up and in a snarky voice told us if we would have called our refills in instead of using the online ordering option the drugs would have been ready. In one case, they were ordered by the Dr., not us and the other time, they were ordered on line then we were told they never received the order and I mustn't have done it right. I've done it the same for 5 years and it's pretty hard to not do it correctly as the order won't go through if not done properly.
4 times we have been shorted with pills and told to return in 2 days for the others. Returned in 2 days and were told that my husband didn't need them right then anyway as we had plenty so whats the rush?Had to return the following day to get the rest.
The arrogant, sarcastic manner of a certain front end individual was more than we felt we had to endure so decided we had to transfer to a different pharmacy. When asking about transferring our files I was told she could not do that and as I was leaving this individual from behind the counter looked in my direction, laughing with another employee. I stopped and told them it wasn't a laughing matter when a customer expects to be treated with respect at the very least and gets only attitude and the one who had been tending the till gave me the dismissive response of...."Oh! Whatever" and flipped her hand.
They have lost long time customers because of this one person's continued lack of respect.
