  I just got a new hearing aid and a CROS recently. Wow! I hear new sounds now. Steve and the front desk staff have provided top notch service so far. Everyone is friendly and care about you. Thx.

  I found the office staff very friendly and caring. They greet everyone with a smile and go out of their way to help. I found Evan the audiologist also friendly professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer questions.

  Trying just to get a supply of hearing aid batteries is worse than having a tooth pulled with no freezing. Front office protocol is very frustrating.

  Dr. Evan is great but his office staff suck. Sabrina knew how to put plastic tubing in so that it didn't fall apart in a week and if she couldn't answer something she found out the answer for you. They lost a good office person when they got rid of her. If you have great staff keep them don't shop around for wanna be's.
