  I have been here a few times in trouble shooting tinnitus, to getting a hearing aid. Everyone has been super friendly when I go there. The front desk staff have been super welcoming and friendly. I have been seen at my appointment times pretty bang on and don't spend a lot of time waiting. I never felt rushed when going in to adjust my new hearing aid and asking questions. Again, aside from the fact that I go here when my hearing gets so bad it needs attention, or wanting to claw my ear out to stop the ringing. Coming here is a good time where I feel like I have accomplished something.

  When ever my husband visits them they always have excuses so he doesn’t get help, very poor customer service

  Came to the tinnitus presentation, the ladies were very informative with the information I was given. I learnt alot about the issues I was having and the cause of them.
