She takes the time to listen, understands customers’ needs, and always goes the extra mile to help. Her attitude and behavior truly make a difference and create a positive experience.   À part le personnel du rayon électronique, le reste est vraiment inacceuillant au possible. À 2 reprises j ai eu une mauvaise expérience. Aux caisses, un problème avec le prix d un article, l hôtesse est arrivée sans dire bonjour. Une autre fois j attends à l accueil pour poser une question sur des cartes Pokemon , une hôtesse me répond qu elle n est pas au courant puis elle s en va vers les caisses sans prevenir, ni aurevoir ni rien. Je la suis elle me dit que je dois demander à l un de ses collègues. Je retourne à l accueil, on me fait encore attendre alors que cette même hôtesse revient. Cette fois ci elle me dit qu il n y a plis de carte Pokemon. Dès qu elles arrivent au magasin elles sont vendues en un jour et qu on ne sait pas quand elles sont livrées. Alors comment les clients reussisent ils à en acheter? Un collègue me dit qu elles arrivent les jeudis. Bref, vraiment, si vous avez besoin d'aide, ne demandez rien à personne dans ce magasin. De plus les articles en promotion sont souvent en rupture de stock.

  We went in to purchase an item. on sale which their website said was in stock at this location. No one could find the item in the store or in the back. We decided to order the item and have it shipped. When we went to the till to pay, the subtotal plus the taxes displayed an incorrect total by more than ten dollars. We could not get the cashier and the other associates nearby to understand that the total was wrong. They called for a manager, and a gentleman wearing no name tag appeared. He claimed there was no manager at the store, while at the same time the cashier said that this same man was her manager. So, it was unclear who this person actually was. We pointed out the discrepancy in the incorrect total their computer showed. He said “This machine is a calculator.” I showed him the correct total on my phone’s calculator, and he rudely waved me off and said he did not need to see the correct total! Then we showed them their online ad which said the item was in stock, and he replied “I am dealing with reality.” Another rude, insulting remark. We asked for a rain check for this item, and he refused. With all the waiting around for the staff to find an item which was advertised as in stock, to being told it was not in stock, to being sent to one counter and then back to another, and waiting around for a “manager” who would not listen to a word we said, we were there for well over an hour. They insisted we pay for the item and told us it may take up to 7 days to arrive. We should not have to pay for something we do not yet have. Please see the photo and see for yourself what their “calculator” charged us. The other photo is the name tag-less man who appeared to act as a manager while stating there was no manager. Thanks for reading. Post script: We received a reply, which was contrite. The author apologized for what happened. He/she invited us to discuss the issue further with senior management but did not include any contact information. No email address, no phone number, not even a name. Useless.

  A famously great store that continues to go downhill fast. On a recent trip, an employee yelled at me for walking “off the lot” to hand a product I had just purchased on the store to a family member. When I walked back to the car about 2 minutes later, he had directed someone to give me a ticket. The person ultimately didn’t ticket me but continued to say offensive things such as “you can read, can’t you?” and pointing to the signs. Sad to say that I can’t recommend this store anymore. I hope they can get back to putting customers first instead of tickets first.
