What an awful experience in here. All I asked for was a simple $10 refund, and all I got was endless “sorry” — no solution, no responsibility, just empty words. If “sorry” could actually fix things, maybe we wouldn’t need customer service… or the police. Everyone just kept passing the issue around like it wasn’t their job. Absolutely ridiculous… If those around you did not notice and you picked up someone else’s money would you return it? How ironic… The staff even said, “No one who found your lost money has returned it,” which just made it worse.😓

"On Sunday, November 9th, I had a package to send, but at the moment of posting, I wasn't very sure about the address. Due to the time difference, I couldn't call my family to confirm the address for me. At that moment, the postal worker said I could send it, and they would hold it for me. I could come back tomorrow before 10 AM to confirm the address. I went to the post office at 9 AM to fix the address, but the manager, Kimberly, said we can't make changes; it has to be sent as is, and we won't refund your money. After a long conversation, she mentioned that I would have to pay again for changes in the system. Essentially, she said that because of the mistake on their part, I had to pay extra, which upset me greatly. I am very dissatisfied with the postal management system in London Drugs.

Had a really frustrating experience here. I was originally sold the wrong refills for my label printer purchased there, and when I went back, Duncan, the tech manager, grabbed a different pack and assured me they’d work. It was already open and the last one left, but he insisted it was fine — turns out it wasn’t. When I came back to return it, Ben in the tech department refused to help, said he didn’t believe that it was already open when I bought it, and refused to call a manager. I had to go to walk around the store myself to track down a manager, thankfully once I found her, she handled the return right away. Appreciate the front manager for fixing it, but the experience with the tech department (especially Ben) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They need to do better in training their employees on customer service.

I visited the store on Wednesday, October 29th, looking for the Alter Eco 85% blackout chocolate, which wasn’t on the shelf. One of the customer service desk employees, whose name I found on her badge as Azar, patiently checked the inventory and kindly arranged for 6 bars to be set aside for me at the West Vancouver store. I came back again today to do some shopping, but I couldn’t redeem my points because I had forgotten my password. I found her just like before, she patiently called the LDExtras support number and helped me redeem my points over the phone. She’s always calm, patient, and professional. I really appreciate her great customer service!

Today I went to London Drugs to check my Set for Life lottery ticket. The man at the customer service desk, Sedhi, seemed irritated — maybe because it was a Sunday. When he saw that my ticket had won a free play, he immediately said, “We don’t have Set for Life tickets, what do you want?” I politely asked if I could have my original ticket back, but he became disrespectful. He said, “I already cashed your ticket, you have to choose something else,” and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. He kept repeating loudly, “What do you want? What do you want?” without giving me any option or showing any available tickets. He didn’t even open the drawer to check — just shook his head angrily and mumbled under his breath. To avoid an argument, I stepped away and asked for the manager. Ceon came over, and while I was explaining the situation, Sedhi suddenly came back, yelling and waving his hands in the air, almost Attacked! repeating angrily, “You said you wanted your ticket!” It was really disappointing and embarrassing to experience such rude and unprofessional behavior at the customer service desk of a respected store like London Drugs. I hope management takes this seriously — no customer should be treated this way.
