My partner went to the store and they refused to give him the item. Then the associate said if I send a picture of my ID then that would be fine. Once I did that he said actually I cant release the item without her here and that it was company policy. I called my partner while he was there and the guy finally released the item when I asked to talk to him. He said he would make an exception but wouldn't talk to me. He said it was against company policy. Why have that option online for someone else to pick up when it's against company policy?? Clearly LD needs to update their online ordering process. They have definitely lost a customer after this ordeal.
