  I would give a 7 out of 5 if I could as they have always gone above and beyond for me. I have dealt with 3 locations and every experience has been Amazing. I started my journey with connect hearing 2 years ago with Abby in the Rutland center (now closed). She went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as I get quite upset at needing hearing aids since I was then only 31 years old and single. The technology they have come up with is amazing and Abby made sure I got all the devices I needed to function at work and in my personal time include a microphone for conferences and a ustream for wireless phone calls and music. 2 months in I drunkenly lost my right hearing aid, and was able to replace it for only $300 under warranty which is amazing because the hearing aid is originally $2800. Came to Nelson centre Monday Jan 6 in preparation for a year long trip to New Zealand. Angela(?) And Globe were amazing, listened to my issues and went out of their ways to adjust my hearing aids to make them better. They set me up with a year supply of batteries, and a few different tips for me to try. My ustream stopped working this summer and I am trying to replace it and they worked hard to get me a new one for my Jan 13 departure. My lost hearing aid was randomly found a month ago, and I contacted the Glenmore Location in Kelowna. They are going to let my friend drop the found hearing aid off (I am in Castlegar, hearing aid is in Kelowna) so that the audiologist can reprogram it to my current levels as well as to clean it up. They will also be replacing my ustream, free of charge. I didnt catch his name but the Male receptionist was Awesome to deal with. Incredibly friendly and understanding of my crazy situation. I adore this company and appreciate how much they care for their clientele. THANK YOU 💕

  They seem to have a scheduling problem..if I can drive into town an hour,drive around downtown Nelson for 10 min to find parking 4 blocks away and still make my appointment on time..I would expect them to at least come close to taking me in..instead I get to sit in waiting area for 25 min..I guess I should know better because it has happened every time..their time is more important ..Robert Cunliffe

  Got a set of hearing aids, very discrete little doodads, if u do see them perched behind my ears, they are tastefully neutral (I picked the frosty warm beige) Was fun to get hooked up to their machine to calibrate them, certain sounds made corresponding shapes on the screen. Also, I asked about my not having separate volume controls on my ear buds when I previously listened to "binaural beats" which are fully appreciated when both ears have equal volume; my left ear is over 80% deficient thus my experience of hearing "sound artefacts" - the "beats" created when each ear receives a different pitch - was slightly less noticeable than it should've been. So I was offered a Bluetooth device that transfers my phone's auditory goodies to my new hearing aids. Now not only can I explore the different types of binaural beats which are good for meditation, lucid dreaming and opening chakras, but also listen to my downloaded audio books and music too. Yay! I appreciate having medical coverage for procuring this, which otherwise I wouldn't, with my present income, be able to afford these aids and rechargeable Bluetooth device. Certainly helps not having to say, "what?"... so many times... or, "what'd u say again?"... "huh?".... And finally, my earlier solution to managing uneven hearing capability: "walk on my right side so I can hear you with my good ear!"
