I arrived the next day and the person working stated they would not issue a refund then just started blankly when I explained I was told by his coworker that they would. Then he told me the issue with the order was my fault. Terrible customer service. I suggest trying Staples or Walmart

Tons of knowledge super helpful not sure what’s changed, but just had one of the worst experiences trying to buy a product ever. Had to chase workers down who just ran away from me. Wasted half an hour of my time trying to get service. Thankfully, I no longer need headphones for the gym, as I am now filled with enough rage to deadlift a truck.

Lots of seniors dont do online I suggest having an alternative or better educating your staff of different options. We took her somewhere else that was happy to help.
