- XRXtian RondowDec 7, 20251.0Never felt the veil of racism until I went to this London Drugs pharmacy.. The pharmacist left me waiting for 40 minutes without answering one question. Quantity, safety, or side effects... He ignored me. There was no line up. I told the cashier I'm just going to use another pharmacy next time.. Then the pharmacist from behind him smiled and said " Have a nice day "... Those were the only words the pharmacist said the whole time... No answers, no help, and waiting... He ignored me, like a passive aggressive racist... I dare London Drugs to look at the footage of the event... The pharmacist intentionally was ignorant... Sunday December 7 2025.
- BKbhavan kaurNov 26, 20251.0I visited the photo lab today around 12:30 PM (Nov 26, 2025) to get my baby’s passport photo taken. The staff member working there (I didn’t catch her name) appeared extremely busy, spending a long time with one customer while others waited. Despite clearly knowing how to take a baby’s passport photo, she assigned the task to another employee who openly mentioned he had never done it before. She continued insisting he take the photo, even though he seemed uncomfortable and unsure. The employee did his best, but the instructions he gave me were unclear because he didn’t fully know the process. I have no issues with him — he genuinely tried — but the other staff member was rude and unprofessional in how she handled the situation. Better staffing is needed in the photo lab department to ensure knowledgeable and professional service. (Preferably someone who has the complete knowledge on how to work with computers and cameras) huh ! I kindly request that you review who was on shift at that time and speak with them to ensure customers are treated professionally. She even insisted that I come back later, but I don’t understand what would change.
- TCTony CowanNov 16, 20251.0Absolute horrid customer service at the photo department. Eleanor had to have been the rudest and sassiest customer service worker I've ever encountered. She was so rude to my wife and I to the point we were uncomfortable and just ready to hurry up and leave. Her attitude alone made us never want to return to this location. She made it feel like she didn't even want to do her job and was bothered by the fact that we needed photos taken and then PROMPTLY left in a hurry right after dealing with us. End of your shift or not that is NEVER how you treat a customer she gets a -10/10 if I could give her 0 stars I would, she didn't even bother to clarify with us what we needed and brushed us off when we tried to explain it to her, and she needed help from another staff member TWICE... So.. to be THAT rude AND not trained properly? Disgusting behavior.
