Before taking the passport photo, I clearly explained the mandatory requirements, as they were very specific. A young man assured me that he knew how to do it. However, the photo was printed incorrectly and did not meet the required standards. Despite my comment, the young man said he didn’t know how to fix it, then turned around and went on his lunch break. A female employee later explained that they actually don’t provide the specific photo format I needed and refunded my payment. I wasted my time and was frustrated that they didn’t inform me about this in advance. Despite that, some time later, I decided to give them another chance with a new request, just to make sure they understood what needed to be done this time. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and abrupt. I will not go back to them again and will avoid using their services in the future.
