While waiting near the photo area by the till, minding my own business, a lady who appeared to be a manager told me, “Can you not stand here?” I was waiting for my photo, and the store wasn’t busy, so I’m not sure why that was an issue. If customers aren’t supposed to wait near the photo area, there should be a sign, or staff should politely inform customers beforehand where to stay. The way it was handled felt unnecessary and rude. This experience left a very poor impression, and I don’t plan to return.

When trying to return it the very rude woman dealing with her told her that the bar code on her product did not match. She told her that she had bought it from Walmart. She explained to her that she doesn't even shop at Walmart, they began arguing back and forth with this woman that she wanted her money back. This woman would not budge, causing her to have to deal with a manager. The manager was of no help either. Why is it that we are in a day that even if we have a receipt, we not only are treated like a criminal, but we are not even given our right to return something. When did "The customer is always right" get flushed down the proverbial toilet? I'm so sick and tired of the bad service I receive everywhere I go nowadays. I've always respected London Drugs, but I myself have had some bad experiences there as well as of late. This is why many of us buy on Amazon now, as to not be subjected to rude salespeople, who disrespect us and don't care whether they keep a good relationship with their loyal customers. Never had a hard time returning things at Amazon. This makes it very hard to support brick and mortar stores, which I would very much like to do, but it's not worth the stress !!Very sad!!! Nov 10, 2025. Since the post above, my friend was able to return her items, that were in fact from London drugs, to a different London drugs location. Also, I might add, that these items that they claim were not theirs, are even on their website. So I have to say I'm even more sad to report, that instead of admitting a mistake, they actually published information that was completely untruthful in their defense. Totally not cool!
