One day after signing up I decided to cancel because I learned we were moving to another city..I went to the front desk to request the cancellation in person, and the Front desk guy said I could cancel without any charge 48 h after the sign up. I went ahead and asked multiple times if I wouldn’t be charge after that. He said that my membership was in active. He filled all the forms on the computer in front of me and I believed it was canceled…4 months later I find out I have been charged all this time … I was so naive to jot ask for a proof of cancellation. I went there today to solve the problem and they said they could do nothing…no refund at all. And I have never attended the gym… poor service and not well trained staff.

When it came time to cancel, it was very stressful and over a year later I’m still getting emails saying my account has an outstanding bill after I had payed for everything. I have been to better gyms before and will not be going back here.
