- DKd kJan 3, 20265.0We went in to Kelowna London Drugs to look at TVs. Libin helped us. He was incredible! He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to us and then worked with us to find a TV within our budget. I cannot say enough about Libin. We had just come from Best Buy. There were three employees in the TV department who were too busy talking and laughing to help us. We finally got their attention and the kid didn’t provide us with any suggestions or help. He followed us around for a bit and then disappeared back to his group of Best Buy employees to chat and laugh. I kept trying to make eye contact and he wouldn’t come and help us, so we walked out. We will “never” go back to Best Buy again. After our Best Buy experience, we thought we would check out London Drugs, and that is where we met Libin! Because of Libin’s service, we will “always” return to London Drugs! If you want expertise and service above and beyond, go talk to Libin in the TV/computer department! I can’t say enough about him!

She found 3 different blemishes on an old lady and found 3 shiseido creams for her to buy while ignoring all other customers in the department. There was no acknowledgement that we were there and she would be with us soon, nothing. So after 20 minutes I walked out so frustrated. I’m heading back over to shoppers to get the beauty products I need.

She walked me through the differences between the Z8 and Z6111, highlighting the Z6111’s strengths in image quality, usability, and versatility, while also being upfront about considerations like lens compatibility. She provided genuine customer care by giving me me the information I needed to make the right choice for my style of photography. Thanks to their guidance, I exchanged my Z8 for the Z6111 and couldn’t be happier. London Drugs is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and approachable Specialist on their team. I’ll definitely be back for future photography needs, knowing I can trust their advice and expertise.
