- KGKaren GlanzSep 25, 20245.0My mother-in-law was in need of hearing help. Penne and Jessica were amazing! There were several appointments just to get MiL’s ears ready to pursue hearing aides. Penne and Jessica took their time and taught us all how to use the hearing aides, and when they worked, they worked very well. Unfortunately, in the end, my MiL was not able to learn the process due to her advanced age and beginnings of dementia. Connect Hearing was completely understanding and refunded our complete investment without any questions asked. We will be returning here when we need hearing help for ourselves, and we would highly recommend this store and its staff.
