I now care for her here in the Cowichan valley and she had no information on the purchase . We found that her one aid had lost the gasket that holds the wax stop in place. I called Connect Hearing and gave them her name and voila! she came up in their data base. I headed into the store and Jody and her colleague (sorry they were so quick I didn’t get her name) took the aid and had it fixed in no time flat. Superior service!!! Highly recommend!
