    I shop regularly at London Drugs Ladner and I generally am happy with the store and staff. Unfortunately, the pharmacy dept. is a different story. Faxed orders from doctors, not even looked at after several days, prescriptions not filled on time, endless waiting in the pick up line while a staff member "tries to find your order", only to be told 5 minutes later "it's not ready yet, can you come back later? " Even though it was supposed to be there a day ago. The whole department seems disorganized and chaotic. No set procedure or prioritizing of certain orders. Staff have to look in numerous places for your order, despite the new system that is supposed to make it easier. I get it that they are short staffed and busy, but this is not in the times of covid, when things were more restricted. Does not instill a great deal of confidence.
