Only after she confirmed that an exchange would be possible did I proceed to spend about 20 minutes selecting another item. When I returned, the same associate was standing with another sales associate, who then informed me that the exchange could not be done without a receipt, while the first associate remained present. I was frustrated, as this information should have been communicated clearly at the beginning. When I pointed this out, both associates responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve communication and professionalism at the customer service desk.

Unfortunately, we later realized that the digital photo could not be uploaded to the portal due to incorrect dimensions. We understand that we should have provided the exact requirements, and we take responsibility for that. When we called the store to ask if the photo could be fixed, the person we spoke with was not very understanding and came across as blaming rather than helpful. We were simply trying to find out whether it was still possible to correct the issue. We would have appreciated a more polite and empathetic response, especially since it was a simple question. Overall, we value the service but wanted to share this feedback.
