  I really like the store because they always have the things that I need in stock. Things are easy to find and everything is always well organized.

  I got helped near the camera department by a taller gentleman with a beard and a Santa hat. He was so kind and helpful on the busiest shopping day of the day of the year. His customer service is the reason I keep coming back to London Drugs. I wished I noted his name, but I highly recommend this store especially for electronics.

  I haven’t been asked for ID in over 15 years but the pharmacy wouldn’t let me buy a nicotine alternative without ID. I’m in my 40’s and have been a grandpa for 6 months. I look terrible for my age. Just seems cruel while I’m nic’n out on Christmas Eve. Not alcohol, not cigarettes and not a vape product. Literally a stop smoking product. She was the one person on this planet who thinks I’m not pushing 50.

  I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this pharmacy, and unfortunately, my most recent visit was no different. Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to request a refill of my medication. They asked if I wanted it the same day or the next day, and I chose the next day. Naturally, I expected that “tomorrow” meant I could come anytime during the day to pick it up. Today, I went back around 11:30 AM, only to be told that my prescription wasn’t ready because it was being sent from another location. This was disappointing because no one mentioned any specific time I needed to return. Since I still had time, I asked them to add my insurance information to their system. After a long wait, they said they couldn’t enter my insurance number. I called my insurance company, got the exact number they needed, and asked the staff again to input it. After more delays, they told me my insurance was not active and that I should call the insurance company again. I contacted my insurance provider a second time, and the representative asked to speak directly with the pharmacy staff. After keeping me waiting yet again, the technician transferred me to someone else. All this time, the insurance representative stayed on the line trying to understand why there was an issue. Eventually, when the pharmacist entered the number, she said everything was correct. After I ended the call with my insurance, I asked her what the problem had been. She simply said it was a “small issue” and that he fixed it. When I asked what exactly the issue was, he told me it was “one wrong number.” It was extremely frustrating to realize that a single incorrect digit caused nearly an hour of wasted time, multiple phone calls, and unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I’ve had difficulties at this pharmacy. There have been several occasions when I called ahead to confirm the pickup time, arrived exactly when they told me to, and still had to wait for my medication to be prepared. There was even an instance when my doctor faxed the prescription days earlier, but when I arrived, they said they still hadn’t retrieved it from the fax machine. Overall, the repeated lack of communication, organization, and accountability has made these experiences very disappointing. I hope the pharmacy takes steps to improve their service, because these ongoing issues have become increasingly frustrating. After multiple negative experiences, repeated delays, and ongoing issues with communication and accuracy, I’ve decided that I will not be returning to this pharmacy. I no longer feel confident in their service, and I prefer to take my prescriptions somewhere more reliable and professional.
