Only after I pushed back did they say they’d “make an exception,” as if doing the job on time was some kind of favour. I ended up waiting over an hour for prints that should have been done hours earlier. Yes, it’s the holiday season and places get busy, but that’s not an excuse for zero communication. A simple notification or realistic pickup time would have avoided the entire mess. Unreliable service, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I needed these prints for an appointment the next morning, and this delay almost derailed everything. Won’t be using this photo lab again.
