The associate said that they would have to write-off the item because it had been opened. They still refunded me even though it was my responsibility to know what my device should have been compatible with. Thank you

The tech dept manager said that they were booked up for a few weeks, but said to bring it in and he would take quick look. Fixed it in a few minutes with a couple of special tools he has. Refused payment saying “It’s Christmas “
- LVLisa VDec 8, 20251.0This is strictly a review for the pharmacy department. (The rest of the other departments are great). Pharmacist Jeanette is extremely rude. I simply asked if they do walk in flu shots or do we have to make appointments online or can I make an appointment on the spot. She said (with a sour face) I'm too late for the flu shot because they just finished and they arent doing any today. I didn't ask if they were doing flu shots that day, I was asking for future references. She kept saying she didn't know when the next flu shots were and that I was too late and I should have came sooner. I have never met a pharmacist so rude and full of attitude. In the end she didn't even tell me if they accept walk ins or it's an appointment based thing. I thought maybe it was a one off day but I see other reviews regarding Jeannette. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone, unless you want a side of snark and attitude with your service. 0 stars needs to be an option.
