It's very unfortunate as I live nearby, and I know it's not the fault of customer service employees, but holy moly I've been screwed around by this LD one too many times. Between losing/missing faxed prescriptions, automatically filling multiple months of NEW medications when I didn't ask/consent (and then having to redo it, costing MORE time), not to mention the new medication possibly not working out (and no possibility of refunds of course), and then today turning me away at the doors because all LD systems went down (so I couldn't pick up my prescription or get my flu shot)...PLUS on top of that there's that giant data leak that happened a couple years ago where my partner's personal info was stolen... I've had enough dudes, I'm taking my business elsewhere. 🤷
