Despite wearing a mask, her facial expressions were unfriendly, and she repeatedly said things like “You know your insurance, how would I know?” and “It depends, it depends” without offering any clear guidance. As a pharmacist, I expected professional and informative advice, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. She should have been more professional

I walk past this new one everyday and I don't even like going in there. The new staff make me feel uneasy, just as I was walking out, one of the employees an asian man with some waved slicked hair who stands at self checkout, just as I was walking out with my Mother he turned towards a Indian security lady with a ponytail and did some type of signal to her. We aren't shoplifters because we just finished paying and I found it extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable, I stared that guy DOWN. (p.s. Im not bringing their races involved as a problem, just a way of description) My mom and I are Mexicans who wear fur trimmed coats so maybe we really do look suspicious 😑.
- DPDoug PDec 24, 20255.0I should have posted a review years ago. The service has always been consistently great. I despise the new "Amazing Brentwood" , but the LD store has a nice, bright layout. Parking is a pain. I was planning on taking my medication needs elsewhere but my last two visits to the pharmacy department reminded me of how much I appreciate their service and care. For years Melissa has been awesome while picking up my meds. A few months ago Sashi, I may have her name wrong, spent as much time as I needed searching if there were any issues with the combination of all the meds I'm taking. Seems silly to go anywhere else.

Explained the online shopping process & next steps when items are not available & offered a gift card to compensate for the poor experience. She assured me I should be refunded for the out of stock items in 24-48 hours. So that was good to hear. I appreciate her willingness to help and offer to make things right.** Original Review: Tried their online shopping for in store pick and I only received half my order. It was a complete pain to try to get a refund for the missing items. As of now I have yet to be refunded. No one in the store knew what was going on. 😕
