1 hour photo is NOT true. It's 2 weeks. Recommended to go to new west for 1 hour photo. Do not be deceived by the signage, which is due for REMOVAL.

I had very very bad experience with someone there. but good too
While shopping at London Drugs, I asked a supervisor for help finding Christmas mugs, but they did not assist me and were unhelpful in their response. They just told it’s in the central unable to find eventually. Feeling unsure and frustrated, I then went to the customer service desk for help.
At customer service, I spoke with Mariam, who was very kind and approachable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and communicated clearly and calmly. Entho, there was line behind. Mariam helped me locate the Christmas mugs and made sure I knew exactly where to find them.
Supervisor was rude tho

December 20th, in the late evening around 9:30–10:00 pm, we had a very frustrating experience at this London Drugs location.
We were hoping to purchase a large Santa decoration that was on display, sitting in a chair.
It was beautiful and intended as a Christmas gift for our mom.
We searched the store thoroughly but could not find the item in a box, so we asked for assistance to find out whether additional stock existed or whether the display model could be purchased, possibly at a discount.
Unfortunately, the staff assistance was extremely poor.
The cashier we first spoke with was unable or unwilling to help beyond directing us to someone he identified as a manager.
That individual told us he would come back to assist us, but instead, after we waited for quite some time, we saw him putting on his coat and leaving for the night without returning, without providing any information, and without redirecting us to another staff member.
We waited approximately half an hour in total and ultimately received no help at all.
No explanation, no follow up, no handoff to another employee.
Just silence.
This was especially disappointing during the holiday season, when customers are often purchasing meaningful gifts and relying on basic assistance from staff.
The lack of communication and accountability made what should have been a simple inquiry into a very frustrating experience.

Amazing customer support.
I recently visited this location. Trying to find a Table( specific colour) that was not in stock in the store, there was a lady named Miriam that went beyond and helped me. She literally called 5 stores to ask if they have the table( the colour that I was looking). Finally, put it on hold for me in a different store. I really appreciate her time and attention to customers needs. She has a positive attitude towards customers. I appreciate her and would like to visit this location often now because of her amazing customer service.

Today I had a wonderful experience at Market Crossing, and I would like to recognize a staff member named Mariam (or Mirim) for her outstanding customer service.
I was unsure how to use the self-checkout, and there was a long line. Mariam noticed this and was kindly going around, asking customers if they needed help. She assisted me patiently and made the process easy and stress-free.
She was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, and her positive attitude. Her help made my visit much more pleasant, and I genuinely appreciate the care she showed toward customers.
Thank you for having such a kind and helpful team member. She is a great example of excellent customer service. There another girl named Sumaya she is nice too.
