Manager takes forever to come for customer help!
Employee are unaware of baby registry offers. So I have to left without purchase. And why should I buy if I cant trust. Sometime experience is what can make difference while shopping. I mean lady in customer service could have proceed but instead she decided to investigate, asking me questions, kept me waiting for 3$. Lol. No doubt you have so many 1* and your rating is below average.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to London Drugs at Lougheed Town Centre to have a visa photo taken. Unfortunately, they failed to include the photo date on the stamp—an essential detail for visa applications. This was my first time using their service, and I trusted them enough not to double-check the stamp or keep the receipt.
Just before my visa appointment, I realized the date was missing. I returned to the store to request a corrected stamp. It had only been about a week since the photo was taken, and the gentleman who took it remembered me and was willing to help. However, a woman—whom he identified as the manager—refused to allow it without a receipt, despite the photo having the store’s stamp and the staff member confirming the date.
I didn’t have time to retake the photo or argue further. The mistake was theirs, and correcting it would have taken seconds. Instead, they chose to be inflexible and unhelpful. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and accountability.
I’ve lived nearby and been a loyal customer at this store for about 20 years. Based on my recent experience, I genuinely question whether the manager is qualified for the role. Her handling of a simple issue was rigid and dismissive, despite clear evidence and staff support. It’s disappointing to see such poor judgment from someone in a leadership position at a store I’ve trusted for decades.

Leilani and Patricia were amazing in photography department as we struggled using the computer systems there. We observed others having similar issues with the computer system that is very slow and in need of an upgrade. We believe it would take pressure off staff so they can concentrate on customer service rather than dealing with an ongoing issue. We were there 2 hours for something that in 2025 should be automated. If it were not for the patience of Leilani yesterday, other customers and us would be very frustrated. We could tell they were juggling multiple tasks whiles helping multiple customers while taking passport photos after passport photos for a non stop influx of customers. Thank you so much for making our day better. Please commend these ladies on their superior service. We appreciate you.
