- HHHodan HassenNov 8, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I went to pick up my medication that my doctor had already prescribed, and they told me to wait 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour and coming back several times, they finally told me they didn’t have my medication at all. When I asked why, they said it was a mistake and that they could order it for Monday. I was really upset, especially because I’m pregnant and not feeling well. Waiting so long just to find out they didn’t even have the medication was very frustrating. I hope the management looks into this and improves their service. Patients deserve better communication and care.

I called and the employee that answered stated something to the effect of "can't you come in?" I stated I parked in the curbside stall. The employee then rudely (and reluctantly) asked what my order number was. ZERO stars for this employee and service. Why offer curbside pickup if you don't have the resources to service this? (If this is what the employee was so annoyed with, but who knows what her problem was.) The order was delivered to my car by another employee who was much friendlier. And was actually brought out quickly. Hence the two stars, this part redeemed this 5000 London drugs store.

Needed to get the batteries removed and to also get my links on medical alert bracelet taken off since lost weight. Had the pleasure of having Linh in on time service Corp London drugs help me. What a very nice and helpful man. We spoke on the phone a few times before I could finally go in.Got watches taken care of one used to be my mothers so forgot get batteries taken out of all of them. Thank goodness no damage on my part for not doing this sooner. Excellent work and Linh remembered that I wanted my links taken off bracelet so this would take time since it is titanium one. I said sure I needed a time since this location is pay parking . He did this no time at all and everything looks great. So please any need for anything related to watch or links got to this location ask for Linh will be very happy you did! Thank you so much so appreciate the excellent and hard work you do . 👌😊
