- AWAnabel WJan 4, 20265.0My name is Anabel. Would like to show my appreciation of the service provided by Priscilla So , Cosmetics Department Manager. I went London Drugs for sunscreen. I was not sure how to choose as there were many specifications on the products. Priscilla came to help with an enthusiastic attitude. As she also speaks Chinese, that made a much easier communication for me. She listened to my concerns, with her broad understanding of the products , she able to show me several options and tell me which product was the best deal. I tried the product her suggested for a week. I found it was the best sunscreen I tried so far. I found that the cosmetics department has been improving a lot in this year. Now I found the cosmetics department is very clean, products are well displayed. With Priscilla’s friendly and energetic attitude, i am sure I could have other good shopping experiences next time. I am so looking forward to visit this store again . The location is very convenient . It is the only London Drugs I honestly feel welcomed and enjoy to shop at. Hoping the cosmetics department will provide more and more different and new products for us to choose from in the future!

I get that it’s the holiday season but this location is not up to London Drugs standards with the lack of selection of vegan-friendly food and snacks. And the woman who was blocking a whole aisle with her cart to put away merchandise. No excuse me or anything. I see no reason to ever shop at this location again. Edit: when I got home I saw that I was charged $24.99 for a thermos brand water bottle that was supposed to be on sale for $19.99 from $29.99. So obviously someone messed up on pricing or the signage.

We were assisted by Shalin who provided one of the best customer experiences we’ve had. She patiently brought out testers, answered our questions, and gave recommendations. She even offered to check with other branches for a product they ran out of stock on. She was so amazing that we ended up buying a lot more than we planned to. She deserves recognition and a raise!
