- SBSnehil Bothra1 day ago1.0I had a really bad experience with Specsavers here. When I booked an eye exam, they initially charged me under my professional glasses coverage. Later, when I requested a refund, I was instead pushed into buying new glasses, which ended up exhausting my entire coverage. To make matters worse, the new glasses are of very low quality and not worth the cost. Overall, the experience felt unfair and disappointing.

Toni was outstanding - very customer service-oriented, professional, and I appreciated her honest feedback when I tried glasses on - she genuinely cared that they looked good on me and I was happy. Excellent selection and all of the staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. Definitely the best eyeglass store in Metrotown.

I visited on a weekday evening and was really impressed by how friendly and welcoming the entire team was. Tony, the manager, was fantastic—she patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options. Devon was equally amazing and guided us through the whole process, from choosing the right frames to taking measurements and finalizing the specs. The service felt very genuine and professional, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to come across a team that is both knowledgeable and so approachable. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a smooth, pleasant experience!
