- DSDrey SDJan 4, 20265.0I did an walk in visit at Metrotown spec savers and a worker (Leslie) came up to me and asked me do I need any help and I asked if there was a walk in eye test, she said the day was a little busy but she helped me anyways, she got me to the prep phase then asked the doctor to see if there was time for me. The doctor said yes and I did my test and the same worker helped me pick out some frames that fitted best for me and help out with the whole experience. Would recommend coming here.

A staff member began helping me choose frames, but partway through another customer approached and said “excuse me.” The staff member then went to help her, leaving me standing there without any explanation. I eventually went up to her and said that I would come back. She simply said “oh, okay” and handed me my paperwork. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be going back.

So difficult to get a straight answer from this young guy. Franchise business stay away from this location. Read the reviews on all business these days. Costco Optical is your BEST choice. Return my eyeglasses not fitting like it was plus scratch on lower part of the frame. 👉Stay Away from this Location People👈
