I am very close to finishing my sessions with Dr.Blessing but I thought this would be a great time to leave my review since i’ve hit really big milestones! I came to Dr.Blessing because my anxiety basically consumed my life. I panicked anytime I would leave my house. Truly I felt like I would need to throw up or use the restroom anytime I left the house! Prior to this I did about 2 years of in person talk therapy and that did NOT work for me I think it just made it worse and opened up issues i’ve bottled up. Walking into my first meeting with Dr.Blessings she is just so warm and so friendly. Her office felt calming and she has a lot of beautiful crystals around I somehow felt safe and I didn’t even know her. After my FIRST session with her I had a sense of CALM. I have not felt calm where I could take a breath in years! I’m about 3 months in and i’m slowly becoming more social. I can drive my car without panicking. My restroom anxiety has calmed down TREMENDOUSLY and I went to my first fitness class which I have always wanted to do but never thought would be possible. Small milestones but i’m in my early 30s and chronic anxiety truly was taking over my life! Just a side note I did see some people having an issue with Dr.Blessings pricing which i’ll say I would’ve paid ANYTHING now KNOWING what she has done for me. First off you need to be truly ready to heal. She’s also gone through so much herself and has made it to the other side. She has been through it all! I have never done therapy like this in my life and she’s created every single session to work for YOU. It’s not an overnight thing but coming from me who has tried everything (therapy, medical scans overseas etc) She really is the best. Not only is she super friendly and easy to talk to it is VERY cozy and calming sessions! It’s also a high floor so you get beautiful views as you heal!

Anna Blessing and her assistant will respond with whatever they can to make themselves look like the victims here. The truth is, they are bullying and harrassing me. In my opinion, this company should be avoided at all costs. I am a past client and the fact that they are treating me as such after I have spent $5K+ with them is absolutely absurd. I as a former client should be able to leave an honest review without being harrassed by Anna. Long story short, I booked a consultation with Anna Blessing from Tucson Biofeedback after she claimed she could help where other methods had failed. The initial 15-minute call was free, but the in-person consultation cost $2,200—something I now feel was extremely high for what was provided. During our sessions, I was encouraged to purchase a packaged priced at nearly $9,000, that came with products like a specialty water bottle and vibration plate that were connected to network marketing companies like OlyLife. I chose her lowest package of $2,995. I later discovered that some of these recommendations included affiliate links, which was never made fully clear at the start, which is unethical. Despite spending thousands of dollars, I experienced little to no improvement in the health concerns I sought help for. When I shared my disappointment, I felt the tone of our interactions shifted dramatically. Later, Anna told me that the package of $2,995 is just to TEST out her services and I would've needed to pay $9,000+ to see any results. So essentially, the $2,995 I paid was a waste. She refunded $225 for my last session since we got into an argument about the money I wasted and how I didn't see results. $225 doesn't make up for me spending $4,970.00, only for her to later tell me that you have to spend $9K+ for her package to see any form of results. Don't forget the $2200 consult you'll have to pay on top of that. There should've been transparency from the start. She also went on vacation twice. All in all, I learned a big lesson. Just because someone has the name doctor doesn't mean I should trust them. She can call herself a doctor because she got a degree from the University of Sedona Metaphysical school; but when it comes to health matters, I would recommend investing in a real professional. Live and Learn.

I would love to say Dr. Blessing thinks outside of the box. But the reality is we have been taught from the very beginning to believe the ONLY options available to us for healing are what's IN the box. Actually, our world for healing ourselves is vast and yet unknown to most and she is the best person to show you what's available. I met Dr. Blessing a couple years ago. Unable to truly grasp what she was all about, she recommended the book, "The Resonance Effect". I could not put that book down and it OPENED my eyes to the amazing world of frequency. Dr. Blessing showed me how to use frequency in my own home. Most often, I use it to analyze our voices to find unbalanced harmonics and then balance them. All emotions, both suppressed and unexpressed, can have physical effects and our voices can never hide those emotions, even if we try. The other morning, my son was just a hot mess. I asked him to get ready for school and then sit at the table so we could do "a scan". I'm pretty sure I got an eye roll or two. But he did it and afterwards he told me, "I never want to do a scan, but I always feel better afterwards." To have this tool in our homes is a BLESSING.

Tuscon Biofeedback is absolutely amazing! My work with Anna helped to guide me into a level beyond what I could have previously imagined for myself. After having struggled for much of my life with ADHD, anxiety and depression, my work with Anna and EVOX broke me free of deep underlying patterns that were keeping me stuck and allowed me to find a new level of wholeness and achievement. I continue to transform to this day from EVOX sessions we did months ago, it's unlike any healing I've ever experienced before. Through our work together and the healing that occurred, I developed deep understanding and love for myself and the strength to know and live my life's purpose with joy and grace. Working with Anna is by far one of the best decisions I've made in this life.
