  I am so disappointed first off having eye exam with the equipment just behind the desk that is all open up so you can be watched by patients as they walk by is embarrassing. One machine the last one couldn't pick up my eyes properly and I'm sat on that machine for like 10 to 15mins. Just too take a freaking picture. I go for the eye test next that's done by video with ppl in white coats and those ppl are reading off a script so they don't know what they are doing. This one guy on the video he rushed me through and I didn't like it. I wanted 2 glasses for for far sighted and one for near sighted. I got my far sighted glasses ok coz they had to be ordered but my reading glasses were done wrong. Aparently the person in the white coat scraped the prescription for near sighted coz he felt that the lens strength wasn't that strong and that I didn't need it. So when I picked up what I thought was reading glasses turned put to be for far sighted. They then told me I will have to come in again to have my eyes checked again so they can get the prescription lens again which I did. And yet again in the open room on the machines again in total of 40mins coz that damn last machine couldn't take that Picture it needed and the lady behind it kept looking over to see where it was around my face. Yes I have 1 good eye and 1 bad eye but even the good eye it wouldn't pick up. I don't know if that lady way giding it or what. But it was very embarrassing and frustrating. Then I get called on to this room with someone in a white coat on this zoom video. She seemed better than the first one I saw last time. She went a little slower for me which was better. But half way through she says I will be right back. I sat there for ages which took forever. I thought she had disappeared but when I looked at the video she was sat right there in the video doing what I don't know. Then I said something. Is everything OK. She Then says yes. You can sit back I will be right with you. But then she still took forever. What seemed like 10mins siting in that chair doing nothing. Finally she was ready to continue with the exam/test. Finally done it and come out to sort out my near sighted glasses. Went home and came back next day to pick up. Go to pick it up and guess what the glasses were for far sighted again. Not for near sighted. The staff named cue was helpful. He understood that something had gone wrong. And he sorted it out but for the inconvenience he asked if I wanted blue filter added on for free I said ok. But it meant it had to be sent off for that. I waited for 2 weeks too come in and finally just picked them up today. They were for reading this time. However getting home and comparing my old reading glasses. My old reading glasses are better than the new ones. My old pair I can read closer at elbow distance but the new pair I have to read from my waist. Which is annoying I want to be able to read closer coz I need glasses to draw and to use sewing machine. So my new reading glasses are actually useless to me. I spent just under $500 for 2 glasses only to find the 1 pair don't really work for me. And tbh they need to be redone but I don't want to sit on those machines again just to have the last test done. I am so disappointed.

  Update: Still haven’t gotten the orders after more than a month of waiting… Called customer support and they hung up on me, second representative told me they will send a ticket to expedite but after a week nothing has changed. Got nice in-store experience but the waiting is disappointing!
