  The staff was so friendly & helpful while I did my glucose test. The facility is extremely clean & they work fast. They did awesome! 10/10 location

  The staff was professional and timely, but the general lobby / receipt area didn't have a person working, just a simple sign-in kiosk. For the amount of money they collect for running these labs, they should have a front desk and a human working it to answer questions and help patients. I can't give it 5 stars without that.

  I am scared of needles and have had really bad experiences in the past at my doctor's office and other places I've had my blood drawn because my veins are hard to find, I guess. I have even passed out once while getting my blood drawn. But I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is super efficient and professional. I have booked appointments before but also went today as a walk-in right when they opened, and I'm always in and out within 10 minutes.
