Love the kiosk , made check - in easy. The day before Thanksgiving though it might be busy, about a dozen people in the comfortable waiting area at alvernon and 5th. With doctors orders sent ahead , I arrived at 9am leaving the 2nd floor by 9:30 . A much easier process than 10 years ago. Nice people work here. .

Julio was a great help. The only Sonora quest out of 4 that I called that actually answered the phone. Calling over an hours time frame. The orange grove and Rancho vistoso sites, terrible.

Crowded lobby of coughing people, no desk attendant, unreachable by phone, long waits. This is supposed to be a place to get tested for illness not a place to contract one. I left because I felt like I was waiting in a petri dish. This place is a safety hazard. Clearly, the staff is working hard. Corporate just won't pay to create a safe environment.

I was able to get an appointment quickly (same day). The front desk staff were super nice, the waiting area is large and open with plenty of room to distance. I have TERRIBLE veins, so I'm always a little bit nervous about getting my blood drawn, but the phlebotomist I saw was patient, she listened to me, she painlessly got me on the first stick with no problem (which is really unusual), it was quick and easy, and on top of that she was so pleasant and friendly! I would highly recommend this location and will try to go there regularly for labs if I need to.

I made an apt. a week prior to my scheduled time. They told me to fast for 8 hours. So I came to my apt. And the receptionist was very loud and the whole place could hear here, borderline crossing HIPAA. The person who was in front of me did not have an apt. But was ok to wait. I waited 25 mins to get called back which was not a huge deal. However, the two people who did NOT have an apt. were called in before I was, therefore postponing my appt. Once in the back the Phlebotomist was very nice and well trained.
