The person at the desk was not only addressing those with appointments but also a woman who wanted to add additional blood tests. This meant contacting her doctor, getting the fax, updating her appointment. The person at the desk facilitated all of that with a smile while keeping track of those arriving. The blood draw was painless! This is not my usual lab but will return.
