- DJD. JurichOct 6, 20255.0I had a very good experience this morning. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the people at the desk or drawing blood. The person at the desk was not only addressing those with appointments but also a woman who wanted to add additional blood tests. This meant contacting her doctor, getting the fax, updating her appointment. The person at the desk facilitated all of that with a smile while keeping track of those arriving. The blood draw was painless! This is not my usual lab but will return.
