  No employees are ever present at the front desk to answer questions or help at the 603 Wilmot location. WHY??

  Absolutely a literal nightmare to deal with. No one answers phones or returns messages. No customer service. May or may not have even submitted your labs at all. You'll never know, because after a week they still won't be in contact.

  FAST SERVICE AND VERY PLEASANT STAFF ALWAYS BEST TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO FIT THE WALK IN PEOPLE TOO. BUT WHAT I LIKE IS THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL TO THOSE WHO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE NEW SELF CHECK IN . THANKS FOR A NICE EXPERIENCE

  Wow wow wow. Avery the phlebotomist at Sonora Quest (Wilmot and 6th location in Tucson) is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Up till now, Gabbie was the perfect phlebotomist for me, but she relocated to Indiana for family reasons. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND AVERY! It is hard for me to believe, but he is a better blood drawer than Gabbie (until today, I would have told anyone this could not be possible) however, Avery is nothing short of AMAZING. And a perfect gentleman! I have had my blood drawn 4x per year for many years. Today with Avery was the best experience ever! Michael
