  ​"Five-star service! The facility is clean, accessible, and has great parking. Scheduling was a breeze, and I was seen in less than five minutes. The front desk and the technician were both incredibly friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly, making the whole process stress-free.   No employees are ever present at the front desk to answer questions or help at the 603 Wilmot location. WHY??

  Absolutely a literal nightmare to deal with. No one answers phones or returns messages. No customer service. May or may not have even submitted your labs at all. You'll never know, because after a week they still won't be in contact.

  FAST SERVICE AND VERY PLEASANT STAFF ALWAYS BEST TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO FIT THE WALK IN PEOPLE TOO. BUT WHAT I LIKE IS THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL TO THOSE WHO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE NEW SELF CHECK IN . THANKS FOR A NICE EXPERIENCE

  Best Sonora Quest in town for sure. It can be busy, but that's true for all of them, sometimes you'll luck out and not have to wait long, dependent on time of day. Friendly staff, Avery the nicest dude ever!
