As soon as I can, I’m switching to another pharmacy. This one is horrible!

The line is always super long. They text you something is ready and you get there and it's not... ive used this pharmacy for the last 2 years as it's the closest one to my house. Some days I wait 45 min in line to hear that they forgot to order the medication. They're completely unreliable.

Pharmacy manager is the worst. He always has an excuse or plays stupid. Personality of a wet sock. Pharmacy Assistant woman is downright rude. Their mistakes are always someone else's. Meds I use every month are always out of stock. They don't send refill requests to Dr.s office. Misplaced meds.I do have to say Edith is always helpful, knowledgeable and is always friendly.

Pharmacy is slow and not knowledgeable. Constantly incorrect medication listing and knowledge. NEVER answers phone, literally watched them not answer the phone for 20mins while waiting in line for my wife's blood pressure medication. Which they knew nothing about. Even though I was at the very appointment when doctor sent them over. This locations pharmacy service is poor really, really poor. Coming from Washington state where everything ordered was 30mins or less. Also rude when I arrive. It's super obvious that me being a transgender female makes them feel uncomfortable. Staring and the rude demeanor at the counter. And the side whispering behind glass and the constant staring at me when I'm not alone even though I'm not the one being talked too. I would expect better from a medical associates. Sidenote: they have fake signs blaming the computer system. That have been up for over a month. It's lack of good staff. Nothing more nothing less
