Love our safeway, pharmacy on valencia and nexus, The staff is nice and very, very efficient. Their customer service is top of the line, and I like the fact that they acknowledge you and know your name. All the technicians and pharmacist are always willing to answer questions and help. Keep up the good job.

Pharmacist at Rita Ranch Safeway Should Open His Own Business So He Can Leave at 5:00 PM On The Dot Or When He Pleases. Greg I Think Is His Name. I was in line at 10 Minutes Till 5:00 PM. PHARMACY Tech was Holding The Line So No One Else Could Get In Line After Me. When It Was My Turn I Asked The Tech If It Was 5:00 Yet She Said I Have 1 More Minute Until 5:00 PM I Get To The Window Right Away The Pharmacist Yells At me You Know You Are Making Me Work For Free Who is Going To Pay Me Are You. He Was Extremly Unprofessional & Rude Yelling at Me like That In Front of Customers. Then He Accused Me of Making Him Late Last Week. This Man Humilated Me. We have been Patrons Of This Store for over 20 Years Never Been Treated Like This Before. Where Is Tania & Fernando The Best Pharmacists Ever!!

5 stars for Joanne. She had to deal with some complicated insurance/manufacturer issues for me and she had amazing follow-through and kept a great attitude despite how much stress working in pharmacy can be. Also: 5 stars for the rest of the staff who have filled RXs quickly when supply was available.
