Laura has always gone above and beyond, making every experience pleasant. I can be a little neurotic and she doesn't get frustrated or rude with me. I moved all my prescriptions over from Wal-Mart because I appreciate the personalized care.

The new pharmacist Ed was extremely rude and inappropriate to me and my family of four as we stopped to get our flu shots. He made many assumptions and stereotypes including talking about mom making dinner (my husband cooks), trying to distract my 14 yo son by talking about scantily clad women at the beach, and assuming we were not parents of one of our children based on his own internal stereotypes. We have been coming to the same location for 3 years for flu shots, but this will be the last time. The room where you get the vaccines is also dirty, dusty, and more like a storage room. I complained to TJ, the store manager, but other than “talking to him” there isn’t much they plan to do. So disappointed to have someone’s stereotypes and biases come from and center while we try to care for our family members.

Just transferred over to this Safeway location from my previous home store Which was out in Vail Arizona. So far all of the staff members have been exceedingly kind helpful and respectful. Any time I use the online app to refill my prescriptions they are done in a quarter of the predicted time and any time I've had to take prescriptions in from the ER or my doctor's office they see to it that they are immediately filled if not as soon as possible And when I Transferred over to this pharmacy, They didn't have 1 or 2 of my prescriptions on hand or in stock but immediately when they new I was going to be feeling my prescriptions there exclusively they made sure to put those meds on Order as to make sure that they were on hand from that point on and I wouldn't miss any prescriptions Being refilled.
