- MLmichael lawrence1 day ago1.0I came for a pre-employment drug screen. The tech administering the test, Anna?, was stiff and rigid in her duties. When it came time for to verify & review the content on the screen, dob, ssn, and I found the SSN was wrong, she responded to claim it was my fault. She became more rigid and less communicative & displayed irritation. She's not a Corrections Officer & I'm not convicted. It seems she takes pleasure in imagining that could be her role there, which is not the case.

- KJKathleen JJan 5, 20265.0I went to get pre-employment UA/TB. The wait time was not very long at all! The woman who assisted with the tests was very quick, efficient, friendly, helpful. The front desk was also very helpful. They allowed my 11-year-old daughter to sit behind the front desk while I did my UA which was really nice! The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that 2 staff allowed my daughter to come with me for the TB. I thought that was really nice. I was joking with the MA about my daughter hating needles, but my daughter was totally sucked into screen time on my phone, so she probably forgot other humans even existed lol Another female staff member intervened/ asserted herself in the situation, making my daughter leave the area with me and go up front. She didn't ask, "would it be better if your daughter came up front with me?" She more or less demanded. Maybe her heart was in the right place, but the presentation didn't come across that way. I went back 2 days later and my TB test was read as soon as I walked in and the results were printed and given to me quickly. Very happy with the efficiency of the clinic!
