    The people at the front desk were nice and considerate. The Dr took the time to listen and did a thorough exam. He was great. I will definitely go there again for urgent care.

    What a great first time experience with concentra on Park Ave!! A well oiled machine. Coming from someone in Healthcare I am thoroughly impressed! Ive experienced some offices where their heart is not in patient care. Not here. Smiles from front staff and back staff. Everyone was so kind despite it being early on a Saturday morning. The provider was great, the assistant was amazing and efficient. I wish I could remember her name in hopes that she obtains an incentive of some sort. Older MA with her hair in a bun drinking Celsius lol you rock girl!! My time was respected and I appreciate that. Excellent visit.

    The person who administered my TB skin test failed to inform me that I needed to return at exactly the same time. I had to wait 1 hr and 15 minutes to get the test read because I was too early
