Just trying to stay afloat, short staffed, customer emotions, maintaining and complying with health guidelines, and continuing to offer the best custom service possible is why I want to say, "Thank you". Thank you Dr. Granillo and staff for your continuous excellent service. Your dental office is beautiful and professionally run. Scheduling and rescheduling is part of life, and Dr. Granillo and his staff have always accommodated me. Now more than ever, we need to be kind to one another. I do not know Dr. Pritchard, but as a doctor herself, one would think she would be supportive and understanding of her healthcare colleagues. The publically demeaning attitude towards others is not professional, for being a professional herself. Wow.
- APallison pritchardJan 26, 20225.0After receiving a text from Dr Granillos staff shortly after I posted my review and someone showing up at my office yesterday in person to drop off a letter commenting of my breif and FACTUAL comments in my review, I am removing the contents of my review. In writing my review I was looking through my eyes , at how I would want to and would hope to have my office interact with patients and comparing it to my experience with Dr Granillos staff. It is interesting that there is a similiar experience posted to my experience . Dr Granillo is a great dentist. I wish Dr Granillo the best and would never want to cause him any harm. I have attempted SEVERAL times to contact Dr Granillo directly to discuss my experience with him , but I have been unable to connect with him directly. I am giving Dr Granillo 5 stars, even though I do not agree with how his office has interacted with me on MULTIPLE occasions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was extremely thorough and did a great job. When Dr. Granillo came in and he was very nice and funny. He made me feel at ease. Thank you all for a great experience!
