They have been very helpful/supportive when I have had issues with my insurance company covering prescriptions. I would highly recommend Safeway Pharmacy!!!

Safeway in Thatcher, AZ literally used up my mother's refills, re-shelfed the medicine after 3 days and mom couldn't get a refill after switching pharmacies until she had been out of medicine for over a week. That's the least of the issues with this pharmacy. Small towns are known for their gossip but I expect more from healthcare professionals. Maybe Safeway should actually hire professionals instead of taking courtesy clerks and front-end cashiers and throwing them in the Pharmacy with little to no healthcare training. I vote with my dollars and today I vote Walmart.

Last time there 5 people were ahead of me in line and I had to wait what seemed like a half hour to get served. There are two registers there. Both should be staffed when the line gets long. That does not happen. Otherwise the staff there are great....
